Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as crop tops, hoodies, and dresses cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. You can use the template below to ensure all necessary information is included.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship it to the address provided in the instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as we process your return. Please allow additional time for shipping based on your location.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item, you will also be responsible for the shipping costs of the new item unless it is due to a defect or error on our part.
